The Grants Manager supports the founder and executives with technical writing projects and raising funds for research in conservation and farm automation.

Responsibilities
Identify, research, and compile relevant data sources and background information related to robotics and regenerative farming initiatives.
Coordinate with principal investigators, researchers, and subject-matter experts to gather and synthesize scientific and technical information.
Plan, prepare, and write research grant proposals and funding applications.
Oversee and manage the grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and organizational objectives.
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential grant opportunities, evaluate eligibility requirements, and assess funding viability.
Ensure that grant-funded projects are implemented in alignment with the organization’s operational, programmatic, and financial goals.
Communicate regularly with relevant staff regarding upcoming deadlines, reporting requirements, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of grant obligations.
Oversee invoicing, accounting coordination, reporting, and administrative processes related to grant management.
Collaborate with the planning and finance departments to develop financial plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for grant-funded programs.
Monitor and maintain documentation and compliance records associated with grant-funded programs.
Manage and coordinate fundraising campaigns, including platforms such as GoFundMe and Open Collective.
Maintain detailed records, documentation, and time tracking to ensure transparency, accountability, and accurate reporting.
