RSG Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the founders and executives at Rancho San Gregorio and its resident startups. This position provides an opportunity for career growth in an exciting, fast-paced industry and to be part of new innovative research to better our planet!

Details

  • $18-$24 hourly DOE

  • ​Full or part-time, Monday-Friday

  • Applicants must be comfortable commuting to our location in San Gregorio, CA, a minimum of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Schedule appointments and meetings

  • Book travel arrangements

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventetive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories

  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, purchasing, record keeping, typing, copying, binding, scanning, printing, data entry, etc.

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Coordinate office procedures

  • Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail

  • Provide polite and professional communication

  • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and other professional social media platforms

Preferred Experience

  • Social media / video production

  • Technical writing

  • English/Spanish proficiency

  • Working in a dynamic environment while providing reliable support to executives
