Bookkeeper
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, payroll, tax compliancy, and supporting financial reporting for Rancho San Gregorio and its resident startups.
Details
$25+ per hour (largely DOE)
Remote position (must be familiar with CA tax laws)
5-10 hours per week
Flexible schedule
W2 or part-time contractor considered
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
Record day-to-day financial transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and send invoices
Manage bill payments and bank wires
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports
Support tax preparation by organizing financial documents
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Run bi-weekly payroll
Process contractor payments and manage 1099's
